In an alternate Rider/Precure World, Black and White sacrificed themselves to protect a young Mana Aida when she was six years old. It's been 10 years since then, and Mana has survived in a harsh world where Selfishness monsters attack.

A chance encounter with the Destroyer of Worlds, Tsukasa Kadoya, gave her the courage she needed to stand up to Bel and his minions. Receiving the power of Precure, Mana transformed into Cure Heart, and with Decade, defeated Bel's minions. The first Precure in 10 years has been revived from Black and White's sacrifice, and will gain the power she needs to help the world recover.
